Crossfit is my passion. When I first started I found it hard even to perform a squat and most of the things I was seeing in the gym I thought I could never do. I have set one goal at the time for myself and gradually achieved a lot of them.

 

The journey never ends as I continuously raise the bar and look for a new challenge for myself, and this is exactly what I love about it and what makes it fun. It never gets easier, you just get better. Coaching gives me great satisfaction, I enjoy seeing people achieving their goals knowing that I have been part of that journey.

Tre sono le parole che meglio mi descrivono, energia, passione e precisione.


Oltre agli studi la mia vita quotidiana è fatta di sport agonistico e lavoro. Sono un atleta di pesistica Olimpica e Crossfit, ho vissuto un anno al Centro di Preparazione Olimpica Giulio Onesti, in collegiale permanente con la Nazionale di Pesistica Olimpica.

Mi piace stare a contatto con le persone, capire le loro esigenze e portarle così ad ottenere risultati qualsiasi essi siano. Credo che tutto nella vita sia possibile se lo si vuole veramente.

Impegno, tecnica e divertimento: questo e' per me il CrossFit. Vedere la persona che si sta allenando a fianco a te faticare al tuo stesso modo ti da la carica per spingerti oltre i tuoi limiti.

E' sempre un continuo mettersi in gioco e migliorarsi sulle proprie debolezze. Il sudore e la fatica che senti oggi sono la forza ed il benessere che sentirai domani.

Quando ho fatto CrossFit per la prima volta ho capito di aver trovato quello che cercavo da sempre. Un allenamento che riunisse forza, resistenza, agilità.

 

Prima del CrossFit dovevamo programmare da soli tutto questi risultati, dopo c'era chi programmava per noi. E tutto con un'ora al giorno, divertendoti in gruppo!

Jennifer Ursillo

Jennifer Ursillo is a Rome based Yoga Teacher RYT500 with Miami Beach yoga roots. She studied Ashtanga Yoga at the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, India and completed her RYT300 with Jason Crandell at TriYoga in London.

 

Jennifer teaches Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga For Athletes. Through conscious movement, breath, alignment and mindfulness, Jennifer’s classes are designed to build strength, cultivate balance and improve flexibility/mobility.
